Natalie Delille (she/her) is a National Urban Fellow at the Surdna Foundation, supporting the Vice President of Programs with mid-strategy reviews, social justice grantmaking, and special initiatives while pursuing a master’s in policy management from Georgetown University.
Prior to her fellowship, Natalie spent six years at Visa, most recently as Global Strategy Manager on the Social Impact and Sustainability team. There, she led global financial inclusion initiatives, advanced team effectiveness, and built inclusive workplace programs that reached more than 25,000 employees worldwide. Natalie launched her career in Visa’s two-year leadership rotational program, where her cross-functional experience across four teams provided a comprehensive business foundation.
Natalie is the founder and CEO of DearSociety, which has awarded over 150 scholarships to students in Haiti and is committed to breaking cycles of poverty through education and mentorship. She also serves on the board of the Georgia Haitian Chamber of Commerce, supporting Haitian small businesses in Georgia.
After studying business at Howard University, Natalie earned a master’s degree in AI Ethics & Society from the University of Cambridge, where her thesis explored ways to make AI development more inclusive for communities in the Global South.
Natalie’s life motto is captured by Maya Angelou’s words: “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” Guided by this, she aims to live a life rooted in giving back, while also having fun and meeting inspiring people along the way. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, getting lost in a good book, and challenging herself with new HIIT classes across the city.
